The project is located in Istanbul, Turkey, between the tower Sapphire, highways and a residential area. Different programs, such as housing, offices, shops, sports facilities, a covered market, a concert hall and green spaces are organized around a place named the 3eme Lieu (3EL). The 3EL aims to bring together people of Istanbul in a place for discovery and cultural creation. It includes a library, music creation studios, a small auditorium, workrooms etc ... The whole plot is well used by the population in the working life, in entertainment and in the culture.
