Introduction exercise
Subject:
Starting from a basic urban form, adaptable, allowing manipulation and re-configurations, the exercise is to create a super-ecological islet which tend to respond to the widest range of needs and constraints of contemporary urban phenomenon. The limits of super-block will consist of a widest possible automotive network lined by public spaces, housing and facilities with a metropolitan scale. Facilities: associative house - retirement home - care center - community center / theater - Kindergarten
Types: dense and dynamic urban belt (boutiques and shops on the ground floor and 1rst floor, collective housing, offices, bases) - Collective housing with recreation grounds - House band near the greenway.
